Since 2018, the performance and financial explosion of listed companies are basically related to the rush for quick success, eating grain, and desperately being fat, and a small number of people cheat without a bottom line, and it is even more a rhythm of no face and no life. This is all the curse of short-termism spawned by anxiety. So these two years have one more high-frequency word: long-termism.
In today's China, long-termism is simple to say, but it is quite difficult to do.
This means that everything that has been done must take the initiative to assume long-term responsibility, even beyond the contract, beyond the rules of positive face and commitment. It also means that many times the investment basically does not see the current return, very sweat and a harvest, and even to bear in mind the pattern of "success does not have to be in me". For the founder personally, the bite of the teeth can also survive, but for the entire management team, can the same will be formed? Especially for investors, how much patience do you have to stick to long-distance running without distraction? In fact, for anyone, running desperately and not seeing the end, the process is inevitably painful, it is indeed not easy.

Many industry colleagues have doubts about the commercial attributes of Manton's new technology application products, and do not understand Menton's market investment and brand strategy. Some of my colleagues made a special trip to Manton's headquarters, insisted on meeting me, and asked me with concern, will Manton be too aggressive in this way. Can you make money that way?

My answer is why make money? I didn't think about making money. I just want what we do to be more and more valuable and valuable. I just want the upstream and downstream of the industry to use Manton's products and technologies to get better development, and I hope they like us and like from the bottom of their hearts. If you are liked by many people, you will be very happy.
What is happiness? It's the fun you get quickly, and the idiom is called "just in time." Yes, Manton's development strategy is "to have fun in time on the road of long-termism!" ”。 Many times the Mentons say of her: "Run happily on the path of long-termism!" Isn't being a business a pleasure? Make customers happy, let employees be happy, and make shareholders happy. Happiness is something that is not interesting if the time is too short, so we should pursue long-term happiness.
How to make customers happy for a long time? The application scenarios of new products are naturally not fully mature, and adhering to long-term ism is to always recognize their imperfections, to do their best to adapt to customer requirements, and to make continuous progress in the process. At any time as long as there is a problem, no matter which party's reason must be actively faced and solved, and long-term responsibility, the solution and results should be satisfactory to customers. Our co-founder, Vice President Jiang Feng, did a great job of that.
How to make employees happy for a long time, three sentences: First, adhere to long-termism, we must first cultivate common idealism and even romantic feelings, and in the days when we always need to work hard, we must have a beautiful vision and firm confidence in the future. Second, leaders should be sober and aware that talking only about feelings and not money to employees is playing hooliganism. The third is to strive to let everyone be generally respected by the industry and stand up straight to do things.
How to make shareholders happy in the long term? It is to adhere to long-term doctrine while sacrificing one's life to run wildly. Let investors wake up every morning to find Manton's progress and value improvement. Every breakthrough in new technology, every new product launched, and every customer's recognition will make people happy. For all investors, Manton must not only make you happy, but also surprise, and make you proud to help such a thriving and technologically sound business! Ten years from now, or even thirty years, any time you walk into Menton, it will be a very correct investment decision.
