Cool off in the summer and get wet Try "Five Flowers Tea"

The so-called "five-flower tea", as the name suggests, is to use five kinds of medicinal and food flowers of the same origin to make tea together. It is more common to add chrysanthemums, kapok, honeysuckle, locust flowers, and frangipani to tea, but this is not a fixed recipe. If the above five kinds of flowers are not found, it is also possible to replace them with water flowers, Xinyi flowers or roses according to the drinker's physique. In general, those who are usually heavy in humidity and susceptible to colds can choose water flowers, those with rhinitis can choose Xinyi flowers, and women can choose roses.

Ingredients: Honeysuckle 10g, chrysanthemum 10g, locust flower 10g, kapok 15g, frangipani 10g, sugar to taste (1 to 2 servings).

Method: First soak 5 kinds of flowers for 5 to 10 minutes, then add an appropriate amount of water to cook with the soaked flowers and water on high heat, boil and then cook for about 20 minutes on low heat; after boiling, the five-flower tea is filtered away with a strainer, leaving only the soup; according to personal taste, add an appropriate amount of white sugar and put it warm to drink.

Effect: Detoxify, cool down and dehumidify, help prevent summer wind fever and cold.
