The Natural Disaster Rescue Division of the Emergency Response Department of the Autonomous Region, which was rated as an "advanced collective in the national emergency management system", undertakes important responsibilities such as flood prevention and drought control, earthquake and geological disaster rescue in the whole region. Since its establishment in November 2018, with the "frontline work method" and grid management, we have put the safety of people's lives in the first place and minimized disaster losses. In particular, since the beginning of this year, the historic flood and typhoon disaster has achieved "zero casualties", and the economic losses have decreased by 85.4% compared with the previous year. Founded in 1965, Hongcheng Fire Rescue Station in Youjiang District, Baise City undertakes the mission of guarding the fire safety of the old revolutionary area of Baise City. Since its establishment, the team has successfully handled more than 54,000 fire fighting and rescue tasks, rescued more than 5,000 people in distress, and rescued property worth more than 1.5 billion yuan. Generations of "Red City Fire Fighting" commanders and fighters have not changed their original intentions in serving the station, and the Hongcheng Fire Volunteer Service Team established a support mechanism with the district's nursing homes, and regularly carried out blood donation and other love activities, which were unanimously praised by the masses.
Yang Yi, who was awarded the "Advanced Worker of the National Emergency Management System", is also a second-level heroic model of the national emergency management system. In the past 19 years of emergency work, he has served in many positions such as emergency response and handling, emergency management system construction, comprehensive disaster prevention and reduction, and comprehensive coordination of safe production, and has made outstanding achievements in promoting the reform of emergency management in the capital and the development of urban safety. Since the establishment of the Lingyun County Emergency Management Bureau, Wang Gongli has led the majority of party members and cadres and workers in the overall situation to do a good job in local emergency management, safe production, disaster prevention, disaster reduction and relief, etc. The county is at the forefront of the whole region in the creation of a comprehensive disaster reduction demonstration county, an emergency command center, and the construction of emergency management informatization. As a 31-year-old young Communist Party member, Zhang Zhanghuang has participated in fire fighting and rescue more than 1,700 times, rescued more than 600 trapped people, participated in and successfully completed the security tasks in the core area of the East Expo for 8 consecutive years, and has participated in the research and development of a number of intelligent information systems, and has made innovative achievements in the field of science and technology, and has won the honorary titles of "National 119 Advanced Individuals in Fire Fighting" and "National Top Ten Outstanding Fire Guards".

In the past 16 years of participating in firefighting work, flash flood rescue, device explosion, market fire, rainstorm waterlogging... More than 2,000 emergency, difficult, dangerous and heavy tasks, there is always his active participation in rescue operations. He Bo fought to the death with the "fire devil", at the cost of 60% of the burn area of the whole body, with burned hands and dark face vividly interpreted the loyal nature of "people's fire fighting for the people". At the same time, he was also named the "Most Beautiful Firefighter" in Guangxi in 2021.
