His name is Jin Xuefeng, he is only 23 years old, he is a villager of the Dilan Group in Xianjiudang Village, Dulongjiang Township, Dulongjiang Nu Autonomous County, Gongshan Dulong Nu Autonomous County, Nujiang Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and is now a licensed crew member on a fishing boat in Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province.

Xianjiudang Village is a Dulong village with only 7 groups, 217 farming families, and 767 people, and it is also a poor village that has been shrouded in poverty for a long time.

At the end of 2017, with the care and support of the central, provincial and state departments at all levels, Xianjiudang Village completely got rid of the poverty cap and got rid of poverty through the development of grass and fruit, beekeeping industry, employment assistance and other measures.

Jin Xuefeng's family of 6 people, planting more than 30 acres of grass and fruit land, opening a commissary, the family conditions are relatively good. After a good road, Jin Xuefeng, who had studied in the state capital Liuku and worked in other provinces for a short time, decided to "go to the outside world to see and experience a new life." ”

In March 2019, Jin Xuefeng and a fellow villager invited to work in other provinces, and he used his expertise in the Internet to first select Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, where enterprises are more concentrated. After arriving in Suzhou, after applying for employment, they entered a well-known brand computer production enterprise to work, but in about 1 month after entering the factory, the fellow resigned and returned to his hometown because he could not adapt to the living and working environment and asked him to come back with him. Jin Xuefeng was not impressed.

"When you go out, you can't come back empty-handed, you always have to learn something." In order to find a better space for development, he jumped to an electronics company in Kunshan City, which is under the jurisdiction of Suzhou, looking for new opportunities while working.

In the second half of 2019, Jin Xuefeng came to Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, and according to the actual development of the local fishery, he participated in the training and obtained the fishery crew certificate, and was successfully recruited by a fishing boat.

One day at the end of November, the young Jin Xuefeng took a boat to the sea for the first time to participate in fishing. In front of him, it was no longer a continuous mountain, but instead of an endless sea of endless water and sky, Jin Xuefeng was excited in his heart. In order to prevent seasickness, Jin Xuefeng also bought some medicines, but unexpectedly, he did not seasick. This made him full of confidence in the future work and strengthened his determination to do the work.

The life of the crew is not only not as romantic as people think, but also full of hard work and fatigue. The main business of the fishing boat where Jin Xuefeng works is to go to the deep sea for sea fishing, and his job is to release the line and sort out the fishing gear. When the work is busy, he can only take time to sleep for 3 or 4 hours a day, and he can only eat a little casually, but Jin Xuefeng adheres to the characteristics of the Dulong people who are hard-working and hard-working, works hard to learn business, and works proactively, which is unanimously praised by colleagues.

"This young man from Yunnan is good, willing to learn, but also able to endure hardships." Colleagues said this about Jin Xuefeng. Pay for what you pay for. The life of the crew is full of hardships and fatigues, but the income is also very considerable, generally measured in days, up to 400 yuan per day at the highest time, and about 200 yuan when there is less. From November last year to January 2020, Jin Xuefeng's average monthly income reached about 8,000 yuan.

Although he only went out to work for about 8 months and changed 3 jobs, he made the young Jin Xuefeng's eyes widen, and he gained a lot of insight and learned a lot.
