In the case of the abandonment of the baby, does the child's mother constitute abandonment or intentional homicide? However, after the baby leaves the mother's body, his right to life, body, health, etc. are protected by law, and Li Li threw the baby from the sixth floor, subjectively with the intention of depriving the baby of his life, constituting intentional homicide.

Finally, the sentencing for the crime of abandonment shall be fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, criminal detention or public surveillance in accordance with article 261 of the Criminal Law.
