The competition is conducted through the "online + offline" dual-line performance, which is divided into seed group, angel group and growth group. The contestants vividly displayed the content, value, market prospects, financing needs and other aspects of the project. After a day of fierce competition, the top 10 were selected by each of the three groups.

At the opening ceremony, the high-tech zone publicized and promoted the talent introduction policy to the online and offline guests, and elaborated on the investment environment of "a scientific and technological green city between mountains and rivers, and a fast-rising charming new city".
