A clear image of a hat-wearing langur jumping around alive excited the technicians of the Gongshan Pipe and Protection Branch of Gaoligong Mountain National Conservation Area. The hooded langur is a national grade i key wild animal in China, distributed in assam in northeast India and northern Myanmar, and only found in the Dulongjiang River Valley area of Gongshan Mountain in northwestern Yunnan in China.

The living conditions of the hatted langur in the Dulongjiang area have attracted great attention from the old county magistrate Gao Derong, who is familiar with the topography of the Dulongjiang River, understands the hooded langur in the activity area of the Dulongjiang River, and guides the local rangers to deploy infrared cameras for monitoring. Recently, a major discovery was made in the recovered infrared camera data: a group of 13 individual hated langurs passed in front of the camera. The technical staff of the Gongshan Management and Conservation Branch of Gaoligongshan National Nature Reserve analyzed the social organization of the monkey group, which consists of two males, five females and six juvenile individuals, which is the largest group of hat-wearing langurs with video data.
