Zhongke Chuangda said that the establishment of the joint venture company will help the company enter the intelligent driving and future vehicle computing platform market, and form an autonomous driving open platform and ecology covering all aspects from the intelligent driving domain controller hardware platform, underlying software, operating system, middleware, software integration and testing.
Cooperate with the actual controller to set up an intelligent driving company

According to the announcement, Zhongke Chuangda intends to jointly fund the establishment of an intelligent driving company. The business areas of the joint venture target company are based on advanced assisted driving and automatic driving, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan, of which the company invests 190 million yuan to hold 95% of the shares, and Jia Chenghehua invests 0.1 billion yuan to hold 5% of the shares.
According to the data, Jiacheng Hehua was established on November 17, 2020, engaged in technology development, technical consulting, technical services, technology transfer and other businesses in the field of computer information technology. It is worth noting that Jiacheng Hehua Company is also a company controlled by Zhao Hongfei, the actual controller of Zhongke Chuangda, so this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
It is reported that the intelligent driving company will be engaged in the development and manufacture of electronic control units and related components of advanced driver assistance systems and automatic driving, as well as related parts, software and technical consulting services, and also engage in the wholesale and retail of electronic control unit products and related components and related software related to advanced driver assistance systems and automatic driving systems.
In fact, since the beginning of this year, Zhongke Chuangda has actively laid out the field of automatic driving. It is worth mentioning that Zhongke Chuangda also deeply cooperates with Huawei, oppo, vivo, millet and so on. Among them, the company obtained the harmonyosconnectisv (Hongmeng Zhilian Independent Software Supplier) certification and became a harmonyosconnectisv partner.
In May 2021, Chuangsi Yuanda, a subsidiary of Zhongke Chuangda, released the Distribution of Hongmeng Operating System based on risc-v wifi + ble chip, and has begun to gradually mass-produce goods.
