This pink egg is a Fushou snail egg, with dozens of small eggs and large eggs containing more than a thousand eggs. Different from the general species, Fushou snail has a wide range of food and an amazing reproductive speed, which not only seriously damages the ecological environment and agricultural ecosystem, but also makes people susceptible to parasites after accidental ingestion, endangering health.
In order to avoid pesticides polluting the water environment, the water affairs department of Nanxiang Town communicated with the district agricultural committee and decided to organize the manual removal of Fushou snail eggs. A total of 12 staff members of the river maintenance unit picked up 3.6 kg of Fushou snail eggs, mashed and dried them and destroyed them intensively.
The river maintenance department of Nanxiang Town said that Fushou snail is an invasive organism, in order to prevent the spread and spread, it will make full use of the advantages of river cleaners working along the river every day, find insect eggs and immediately eradicate them, at the same time, strictly irrigate farmland and river gate opening gates, set up interception nets, and avoid bringing Fushou snails from the outer river when irrigating or entering water.
