The high-quality planning and construction of Wanli Bidao is a major decision made by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee. Last year, Guangdong Province proposed a high-level plan to build a "BiDao" with clear water in Guangdong, forming an ecological corridor where "Greenway" and "Bidao" echo each other, and the Maozhou River was listed as a provincial-level pilot of the Bidao Project.

The construction and maintenance of Maozhou Hebi Road is an important part of the construction of the "Green Road City" in Chang'an Town. To this end, Chang'an will invest 300 million yuan to comprehensively improve the cultural quality, landscape characteristics and economic added value along the Maozhou River, and empower the development along the Maozhou River.
According to Ye Kongxin, Chang'an will focus on creating three characteristics along the Maozhou River: First, build an intelligent manufacturing corridor, gather a group of outstanding intelligent manufacturing enterprises along the Maozhou River, and take the Maozhou River Industrial Civilization Exhibition Hall as the leader to build a number of science and technology experience halls and enterprise intelligent spaces along the river, and connect with the growth of the intelligent manufacturing experience belt; the second is to build a green corridor, combined with the strategic deployment of the "City of Greenways", to promote the use of nine theme parks on the Maozhou River, forming an ecological civilization tourism belt by the mountains and rivers. Maozhou River bank landscape plan to invest a total of 300 million yuan, all projects along the Maozhou River bank construction, a total length of about 12 kilometers, the scope of implementation from the outside of the flood control embankment to the built-up area of the building space, the width of 7 meters to more than 40 meters, including a municipal road, greening on both sides and rain and sewage pipe network, street lighting and other supporting facilities, along the line also use open land, idle land to build nine theme parks, construction content including garden landscape, greening, art sculptures, etc.
The nine theme parks of Maozhouhe include: Dense Forest Entrance Park, Gogo Creative Park, Jinlong Road Entrance Landscape, Starlight Vitality Park, Colorful Performing Arts Park, Cuizu Children's Fun Park, Golden Powder Flower Language Park, Cuizhu Garden, Colorful Portal Node Park, covering a total area of 131,700 square meters, of which five parks have buildings with a total area of 3,971 square meters.
Outlook: Chang'an began to build a "green road city"
This year, the Lianhua Lake Greenway will be implemented to connect the foothills of the Eastern Foothills of Lotus Mountain and the p2 Greenway in Guangdong Province, and the Shangjiao Tonggushan Park to connect the Xiabian Snake Mountain Park project. In addition, it is planned to build 21.4 kilometers of Bidao within three years, improve the construction and maintenance of Maozhou River Bidao, and promote the use of nine theme parks along the Maozhou River.
According to the overall plan of Chang'an Greenway City, it is planned to be implemented in three phases of near- COSCO, with a total length of more than 100 kilometers. Recently, the total length of the urban landscape display ring is about 40 kilometers, the total length of the medium-term ecological landscape leisure ring is about 10 kilometers, and the total length of the long-term human settlement environment improvement ring is about 55 kilometers.
