Food Partner Network News On October 12, the Shaanxi Provincial Food and Drug Administration exposed 4 batches of unqualified food, involving peaches, sweet potato noodles and liquor.
In this sampling inspection, the ethyl caproate 500ml Chinese red Chang'an Laojiao wine (50% vol) and the Chang'an brand 500ml Chang'an Laojiao wine (45% vol) produced by The nominal China Shaanxi Chang'an Chang'an Liquor Co., Ltd. sold by the Lintong Beihuan Road Branch of Shaanxi Quandu Industrial Co., Ltd. were found to exceed the standard, and the detection values were 0.88g/l and 1.12g/l, respectively.
Ethyl caproate is an important aromatic substance in liquor, and the amount of content is related to the quality of the wine, if the content is too low, the wine taste is lighter. The main reasons for the failure of the ethyl caproate project may be that the solid fermentation of the wine has less content; the purity of the ester substances in the food additives used in the hook is not enough; or the technical personnel have poor professional and technical ability and cannot control the quality of the product well.
In addition, the Dengfeng brand 250 grams / bag of handmade pure sweet potato noodles (starch and starch products) produced by the Xi'an Airfield Support Center of AVIC Aircraft Co., Ltd. Xi'an Aircraft Co., Ltd. Xi'an Aircraft Co., Ltd. produced by the Meisi Noodle Processing Factory in Yanliang District, Xi'an City, detected that the residual amount of aluminum exceeded the standard, and the detected value was 363mg/kg.
Aluminum residues were detected in food that exceeded the prescribed residue limits, mainly due to the excessive use of alum by some producers and operators. According to the Announcement of the National Health and Family Planning Commission on Approving β-Galactosidase as a New Variety of Food Additives (No. 1 of 2015), the residual amount of aluminum in vermicelli and vermicelli (dry samples, calculated as al) shall not be greater than 200mg/kg. The reason why the amount of aluminum residue exceeds the standard may be that individual enterprises use aluminum-containing additives in the production and processing process in order to increase the taste of products, or the aluminum content in the compound additives used is too high.
There is also a batch of bulk peaches sold by Ningqiang Kedu Life Supermarket Co., Ltd., which was detected to exceed the standard of chlorazole phosphorus, and the detected value was 0.024mg/kg. Chlorzophos is an organophosphorus insecticide and nematicide, which has the effect of contact killing, gastric toxicity and systemic suction, and the maximum limit of pesticide residues in food safety (GB 2763-2016) stipulates that the maximum limit of chlorozophos in fruits is 0.01mg/kg.
For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned sampling inspection, the Xi'an Municipal Food and Drug Administration, where the production enterprise is located, has ordered the enterprise to find out the product flow, recall the unqualified products, and analyze the reasons for rectification; the Food and Drug Administration of Hanzhong, Xi'an and other cities where the business unit is located has required the relevant units to immediately take measures such as removing the shelves to control the risks and investigate and deal with them according to law.
