With excellent technology and solid work style, Wang Xiaohua led a young working team to make bold improvements and innovations in the assembly and production of the company's aircraft frames, so that the frame assembly was smoothly transformed from the original simulated assembly to the current digital assembly, and summarized a set of rapid installation and manufacturing technology of the tooling frame, contributing to the company's tooling assembly work.
Wang Xiaohua's daily life
At 8:10 a.m., Wang Xiaohua will hold a regular meeting for the workers in the section to arrange the day's work, emphasizing the production focus of the day and the issues of precautions, safety and quality. As soon as the regular meeting is over, everyone will disperse to the workshop to start their work. Next, Wang Xiaohua will go back and forth in the workshop this day, guiding everyone's work and being ready to solve various problems at any time.
In aircraft manufacturing, the installation of various joints on the tooling frame, which is a manual precision processing link, its fineness, degree of hardship and boredom, ordinary people can not imagine. Even if the error exceeds 0.05 mm, it will not be qualified.
Every day Wang Xiaohua needs to coordinate a lot of problems, if the parts are slightly deviated, everyone should stop, discuss and study the solution of the problem together, for difficult work, Wang Xiaohua will focus on staring.
Once, Wang Xiaohua and his colleagues assembled a type frame and have been busy for more than 20 days. However, when the work was about to be completed, Wang Xiaohua found that the position of a small joint on the frame was 0.1 mm. Wang Xiaohua did not hesitate to ask for dismantling and reassembly, he told everyone, "The car can be parked on the side of the road if it breaks down, and the plane is going to the sky, and it will almost cause the plane to be destroyed and killed." Later, in order to catch up with the falling schedule, Wang Xiaohua and his colleagues began the work of "white and black", eating and living in the workshop for more than ten days until the task was completed.
"Forced" out of the patent
In 2010, the type frame assembly changed from simulation to digitalization, when Wang Xiaohua and the workers were groping and moving forward in the face of new technologies and new models. Wang Xiaohua said: "Like three-dimensional digital modules, digitization, computers, those contents, we have not been exposed to before, from scratch to learn and research, put a lot of effort." ”
Digital assembly is completely different from the previous assembly method, Wang Xiaohua led everyone to constantly try new technologies, new ideas, the introduction of two laser trackers, the measurement tools applied to the assembly work.
After the laser tracker arrived, the technicians gave training for two days, and they also learned the basic operations such as booting and shutting down, and the remaining operations were also "tried" a little bit. Wang Xiaohua said: "Many times it is impossible to put it on when it is dressed, and it is necessary to force itself to go down, so it has developed this 'laser tracker installation special platform', and has also applied for a patent, which has become our scientific research results." ”
In 2011, the company organized elite forces to set up "Wang Xiaohua Innovation Studio", led by Wang Xiaohua in innovation work. When the reporter asked Wang Xiaohua how he felt in the face of this brand, he dialed his hair and said, "The pressure is great, you look at the long white hair in recent years, as the leader of the innovation studio, if you don't make any achievements, you feel sorry for the company's support, the trust of leaders at all levels, and even more sorry for the innovation studio brand." ”
In 2013, "Wang Xiaohua Innovation Studio" declared the company's management to improve the "high-end rapid installation and manufacturing of tooling frames", and found the simplest and most ingenious method for each problem encountered in tooling assembly. Through the use of innovation, in the overall relocation process of the North China Company, it took only 3 months to complete the relocation of nearly 130 sets of yb5 aircraft frames, and if the relocation according to the traditional method, it will take more than one year.
So far, the team has researched and invented four patents, and one is still under approval.
"I was born for a frame fitter"
The frame fitter is the universal of the mechanical workers. In the eyes of many people, the type frame fitters are boring, bitter and tired. But in Wang Xiaohua's eyes, the type frame fitter position is a small world full of artistic inspiration and vitality. "Through combination and processing, it will give temperature and emotion to the cold parts, and whenever a type frame is built, I feel that it has given it a second life." Wang Xiaohua said.
Speaking of his apprenticeship experience, Wang Xiaohua was particularly touched, "Special thanks to my master Cui Sheng, in fact, my profession is riveting, the type frame fitter is equivalent to learning from scratch, but the master taught me to praise the main, after receiving praise, let my self-confidence burst, determined to practice well." At that time, I practiced when I caught the air, and in order to train my feel, I took off my gloves and practiced, and I also suffered a lot of injuries on my hands. ”
For a while, the company's efficiency was not very good, many colleagues went out to find work, and Wang Xiaohua's heart also floated. Master Cui saw his thoughts and came up with a very simple assembly operation problem, which was a mess by Wang Xiaohua. Master Cui took the opportunity to "count down" Wang Xiaohua, "This is not good, and I still want to go out." This made Wang Xiaohua very stimulated, and he was secretly determined to make a look for the master to see.
Now, in front of the laser-type rack, Wang Xiaohua casually picked up a peanut bean-sized locator, instantly found the joint position accurately, picked up the instrument and wrench and turned it, and completed the fixing work of a joint. The movements are light and skilled, as if by magic.
"It takes more than ten years to practice." As he said this, Wang Xiaohua held out 10 fingers.
Although the palms of the hands are delicate, there are many small injuries on the back of the hands and forearms. "This was sharpened during training before." He said lightly.

Wang Xiaohua brought many apprentices, most of whom have become the backbone of the production line, and some can already stand alone, and even be able to solve technical problems for the master. Wang Xiaohua said that when he brought his apprentices, he first asked them to calm down, which was also the experience he had gained from years of work. "The work of the type frame fitter is not difficult, if you want to go further after skilled operation, you must be able to meditate and work steadily to improve." Wang Xiaohua said.
In his free time, Wang Xiaohua will also turn around on the tarmac, looking at the eyes of the planes like looking at children, "We were the first to see the three-dimensional models of these planes, turning them from models into reality, seeing them being combined and formed, the moment they flew into the sky, it was particularly exciting."
