Actor Dominic Cooper made his debut as Howard Stark in 2011's Captain America: The Avengers Vanguard, followed by an American drama called Agent Carter.
Asked by Comicbook what other MCU roles he would like to play, Cooper replied, "There are a lot of them, all of them." ”

He went on to say, "I loved the character [Howard] and I was honored to have it, and although I didn't quite understand what I was doing at the time, I enjoyed playing him. There was also a TV series that I hope will reappear one day in the future. He's funny, and his son [Tony] is a very interesting character. ”
The last time howard Stark was seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe wasn't in Avengers 4, as the character would also appear in Marvel's upcoming animated film What if...? The character is still voiced by Dominic Cooper.
Dominique Cooper said: "I've always been in touch with everyone and something exciting could happen [at Marvel]. As you know, in this universe, anything can happen, and I think that's why it's been evolving and keeping this exciting state. Because there are constant surprises, and there are unexpected things. ”
