The six stamps are each in 6 shades, with vivid and coherent color characteristics, showing different dynamic characters. The overall design draws on the performance method of montage in the film, reconstructs different time, scenes and lens screens, presents a lifelike animation plot in the still stamp, and restores a childhood memory in the hearts of many people.

Founded in April 1957, Shanghai Fine Arts Film Studio is a state-owned animation enterprise with a long history, rich film library and many intellectual property rights in China, and has created classic works that have grown up with several generations of Chinese, such as "The Great Haunting of the Heavenly Palace", "The Little Tadpole Finds Mother", "The Black Cat Sheriff", "The Gourd Brothers", and "The Nine-Colored Deer".

Released in 1979, the animated film Nezha Noisy Sea is China's first widescreen animated feature film, based on classical literature, mainly about the enmity between Nezha, the son of Chen Tangguan li jing, and the Donghai Dragon Palace. The film has magnificent pictures and well-made production, the character portrayal is full of brilliance, the narrative rhythm is relaxed, the color is used in a mysterious way, and the four words of "strange, absolute, magnificent and beautiful" run through every aspect of creation. The film has won many awards at major film festivals at home and abroad, and is still regarded as a classic.
