Villagers say that they were able to move from a broken house to a new home and work in the industrial park to earn money thanks to a woman named Ren Chunyan. Saying, a woman with curly hair came to the front, she is Ren Chunyan, she pointed to the rolling hills and told the China Women's Daily China Women's Network reporter that in addition to Xuefeng Village, Tongle Township Shisheng Village and Qingyang Town Qunying Village are also the key places for the company to invest in development and poverty alleviation.
Ren Chunyan was born in Fuling District in 1966 and was assigned to work in a large state-owned enterprise after graduating from secondary school in July 1985. As for why he invested in the village, Ren Chunyan said that this had to start from the reform and opening up.
Successfully started a business under the opportunity of reform and opening up
In 1993, the reform and opening up has brought great changes to the former Fuling District, seeing the opportunities brought by the reform and opening up, Ren Chunyan, who works in the Animal Husbandry Bureau of Fuling District, plans to go to the sea to do business, and she and her family have received strong support from their families. That year, she contracted the building materials business department of the Wool Company, but due to lack of experience and overly optimistic about the market, she lost more than 100,000 yuan that year. "At that time, the monthly salary was only more than 100 yuan, and it felt like the sky was going to collapse." Ren Chunyan said that at that time, she was faced with two choices, either to start again, or to work honestly and earn money to slowly pay off debts.
After a short period of entanglement, she still chose to continue to start a business, in 1994, she led several laid-off workers to change careers in the forest industry, and gradually opened up the upstream supply channel and downstream sales channels, and in only one year, they turned a profit. In 1997, by chance, Ren Chunyan bought a piece of land in Yubei District, and a few years later, they transformed into real estate development, and Chongqing Fuling Hongyan Industrial Co., Ltd. was also known to more people.
The rapid rise of the real estate market has made Ren Chunyan's development path better and better, and by 2013, Ren Chunyan was already a famous female entrepreneur in Fuling District.

"Mr. Ren, are you interested in investing in the industry here?" Seeing that she liked it here, the mayor of Tongle Township, Fuling District, Yang Jun, asked her, and Ren Chunyan did not agree immediately, because she knew that the development could involve a lot of money. But soon after she learned that there was a small company about to invest in the village, the first plan is to build a house in the best water source in Xuefeng Village, Ren Chunyan, who has rich experience in development, thought: "This is not necessary, destroying the environment, not to mention, it is also a kind of natural resource plunder for the village." ”
This incident prompted Ren Chunyan to visit Xuefeng Village again, and she also learned that the neighboring Shisheng Village and Qingyang Town's Qunying Village were also at the top of the mountain, and they were also very poor. After many inspections, Ren Chunyan decided to invest in these three villages to promote the development of the villages in the form of industrial tourism by the company' peasant households.
Experts are invited to plan the village as a whole
"The first thing we did was to plan the overall scope of the three village projects." In 2013, Ren Chunyan was extremely entangled in her heart, or made up her mind to do development here, because she knew that if farmers want to live a good life, in addition to the support of enterprises, they must have an industry that local rural areas can rely on, so as to fundamentally solve the problem. So in this year, Ren Chunyan invited tourism planning masters from Beijing Pinnacle Real Estate Tourism Planning Institute and Shenzhen and other places to enter the Xuefeng Mountains and forests many times to plan the entire project under the principle of not destroying the environment. Therefore, the project was not officially started until the end of 2014.
With little sunshine in the shady mountains, watching the mountains stretching out and the tea leaves everywhere, Ren Chunyan was thinking about how to open up a new world in this high mountain. Under the continuous in-depth investigation and investigation, she decided to focus on the alpine industry, so the project planned more than 1500 acres of white tea and golden bud industrial park, Xuefeng Mountain has a large natural bamboo forest, on this basis, the project planned more than 1000 acres of Nan bamboo garden, in addition to 200 acres of blueberries, 3 Yudong black goat and Fuling black pig recycling ecological farms, 150 acres of color leaf forest mother garden base, 100 acres of wetland aquatic botanical garden, 3500 acres of alpine ecological pasture. From 2014 to 2016, the project also hardened the road leading to 5 and 6 communities in Xuefeng Village, from 2017 to 2018, the road to Shisheng Village was opened, and in 2015, 184 sets of houses and 92 shops for farmers were completed.
In the eyes of outsiders, Ren Chunyan, who has money and planning, is effortless to do, but for Ren Chunyan, every small item of the project is breaking through, because she knows that once it starts, it cannot be easily ended, and the hope of the villagers cannot be turned into disappointment. Without rural life experience, she had to climb the hill in the countryside, and she would not deal with the people, and she had to learn to enter the life of a farmer. Due to the harsh natural conditions, the construction of the project is also a major problem. The 4-kilometer road from Xuefeng Village to Shisheng Village was dug out of the mountains. "Because the slope was too steep, the machinery outside was reluctant to come, so the company had to buy its own machinery to build the road, and 6 excavators worked continuously for more than a year in the middle of the mountain to open the road." Ren Chunyan said. The mountains are high, the roads are steep and difficult, and that year, from the spring breeze to the winter snow, for a road, every staff member either braved the sweltering heat or braved the severe cold, and in this year, the road to the outside world that the villagers looked forward to day and night.
Peasants' lives have changed dramatically
In 2016, the construction of the Xuefeng Mountain settlement was completed, and the farmers moved into new houses one after another, from dilapidated earthen wall houses to new houses. "Now we are working in the company's industrial park, have a fixed income every month, and can take care of the elderly and children at home, which is much better than the previous days." Yang Zhengxing was originally a poor family, when Ren Chunyan first met him, their family was still living in the Da rotten dam reservoir, because the parents were paralyzed in bed for a long time, the couple had no craftsmanship, the children had to study, and the family was very poor. Ren Chunyan was impressed by Yang Zhengxing's filial piety and arranged for him to enter the company for training and become a hydropower installer, and later Yang Zhengxing's wife also went to work in the company, and the family's annual income exceeded 50,000 yuan. Now that they have not only moved into a new house, but also purchased a family car, life is no longer what it used to be.
Xuefeng Village 5 Society's excavator Wang Xiaobo also had a difficult life, because of poverty, his wife never came back after leaving home, after the project entered the village, Wang Xiaobo's mother did logistical work, not only did she have a job, she could also bring her little grandson in her spare time, and the company also trained Wang Xiaobo to become the main force of excavators. Now that the family has financial resources and has also lived in a new house, Wang Xiaobo has married and had children in the past two years, and the family is looking forward to a good life in the future.
The reporter learned that in addition to the long-term employment of villagers, the seasonal labor required for the project is about 300 to 500 people, and the annual income of farmers is about 5,000 to 10,000 yuan. In addition, the land contracted by farmers can get 450 catties of rice per mu per year, equivalent to the market price of the income, about 650 yuan.
Up to now, Ren Chunyan has been rooted in Xuefeng Mountain for five years on this project. Agricultural investment time is long, the return is small, these five years Ren Chunyan has almost no income, some business friends say that she is stupid, if she takes these years to invest in other industries, maybe it will be a different scenery, but Ren Chunyan feels worth it. "This year, the blueberries in the village began to be picked, which led to the merchants in Tongle Township to earn a lot of tourism money. You look at the current village, production has developed, life has become better, the countryside is more civilized, the village is cleaner, and so on, we will attract more tourists into the village, and there will be more products to sell. ”
