The scene was shocking: six or seven cows on the embankment were nibbling on the turf, dozens of ducks and geese were pecking at the vegetation by the river, the turf in many places was exposed due to nibbling, trampling, and excrement pollution, and dozens of berm trees were damaged by tethered cattle. A large amount of kitchen waste such as fruit peels and vegetable leaves for feeding ducks and geese has accumulated on the embankment, and the rotten and deteriorated smell is unpleasant. Prosecutors then patrolled along the river and found that some people had reclaimed the embankment, planted taro, beans and other crops, and built a simple fence under the bridge to pile up materials.
