We often say: to do anything, we must first set the right attitude, attitude determines everything!

At work, even if some people are not so strong in their work ability, they may be recognized by leaders because of their good attitude towards people and work. My last company colleague Xiao Z, just joined the company for more than a month, the business ability in the whole group is considered to be the top, but in the eyes of the leader, he is not good at work, the work is loose, no organizational discipline, no team spirit, and finally did not give a positive. Such examples are believed to be everywhere around us. As a worker, it is not that we must be comprehensive, or that we deliberately do something to cater to and please others, which is completely unnecessary, but what we should do, the obligations and responsibilities should still be in place.
