Yongnian District is located in the north of Handan City, with a total area of 761 square kilometers, a total of 17 townships, 363 administrative villages, a population of 990,000, is the largest population area in Hebei Province. Up to now, Yongnian District has 5 national intangible cultural heritage and 5 national key cultural relics protection units. Yang-style and Wu-style Taijiquan, which originated in Yongnian Canton Province, were inscribed on UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity last year.
The characteristics of Yongnian industry are very distinct. It is the country's largest fastener production and sales distribution center, with an annual output of more than 4.6 million tons, accounting for more than half of the country's production and sales, and is the only county-level characteristic industrial cluster with an output value of more than 30 billion yuan in the city. Yongyang Special Steel Group is one of the "Top 500 Chinese Manufacturing Industries" and the largest light rail and heavy rail production base in China. The development momentum of new energy and new materials industry is also very good, Silicon Valley, Jinli, Gaojing, Hengyong, etc. are all leading enterprises in the industry, and many products fill the gap in the province and even the country. In addition, the commercial and logistics industry is also very developed, and the Ji'nan Express Industrial Park has attracted express delivery giants such as Zhongtong, Shentong, and Yuantong.
In recent years, Yongnian District has always regarded investment promotion and project construction as the "No. 1 project", continued to deepen the reform of "decentralization and management services", and continuously improved the infrastructure of the industrial park, the business environment is getting better and better, and the development vitality is getting stronger and stronger. Focusing on the implementation of the spirit of the Municipal Party Congress and the Municipal "Two Sessions", we have formulated the "one-six-six" work idea: "one" is "one goal" to build a prosperous, strong, civilized and beautiful modern new eternal year; the first "six" is "six positioning", of which two are global-oriented, that is, to build a global fastener production and sales distribution center and a world taijiquan cultural tourism destination; two are facing the whole country, that is, to build a national green vegetable and organic agricultural products production demonstration area and a modern logistics agglomeration area in southern Hebei The two based on the city are to build a new modern service area for the integrated development of Handan and a demonstration area for the transformation and quality improvement of Handan. The second "six" is the "six realizations", that is, to achieve a great leap forward in economic development, a great improvement in urban and rural construction, a great improvement in the ecological environment, a great development in people's livelihood, a great improvement in social governance, and a great optimization of political ecology.
Focus on five tasks.

The third is to unswervingly grasp urban and rural areas and promote integration. In terms of urban construction, it is mainly to develop to the south and integrate development, build Puzhou New City with high standards, manage urban planning and construction well, and transform urban villages well, so that residents can travel more conveniently and live more comfortably. In terms of rural revitalization, it is mainly relying on Yongnian garlic, grapes, organic agricultural products, etc., to develop a number of characteristic industries, so that farmers can increase their income and become rich. At the same time, we will continue to rectify the rural living environment, renovate more toilets, treat more sewage, and harden more streets and alleys, so that the countryside is also livable and suitable for work.
The fourth is to unswervingly safeguard the ecology and optimize the environment. Through unremitting efforts, yongnian ecological environment has improved, but we do have a long way to go, in the prevention and control of air pollution, we have now been self-pressure, fully implement various control measures, in the city's air quality comprehensive index "backward ten" to highlight Yongnian as a role. We do not dare to relax the prevention and control of water and soil pollution, especially to complete the ecological restoration of the Yongnian section of the Fuyang River, which is indispensable to Yongnian.
