A few days ago, the Shandong Provincial Department of Justice issued the "Notice on Establishing a Provincial Legal Aid Expert Database and Teacher Pool", which identified 15 provincial legal aid experts and 7 members of the teacher pool. Zhao Xiaoming, deputy director of the Dezhou Legal Aid Center and has been engaged in the legal profession for 25 years, was selected into the provincial legal aid expert database.
Provincial-level legal aid expert members mainly participate in the formulation of legal aid policies, consultation and demonstration, revision of manuscripts and legal risk assessment of major decision-making matters in our province; participate in promoting the innovation of legal aid theory and practice, promote the transformation and popularization and application of legal aid research results; participate in the work evaluation and case quality evaluation arranged by the Provincial Department of Justice.
Members of the provincial legal aid teacher pool mainly participate in the publicity of legal aid laws, regulations and policies; participate in the investigation of special legal aid topics in our province; and undertake legal aid training and teaching in various parts of the province.
