Through the recent participation in the training of Aopeng Teacher Education Network, I have benefited a lot, and I have the following five insights:

First, the stone of his mountain can attack jade. Advanced concepts, profound knowledge, vivid language, leading technology, let me feel the charm of distance education, improve their learning interest, and distribute daily learning progress and academic achievements, let me return to the student era, arouse my enthusiasm for learning and creation, through learning and reference, learn about the superb skills of peers, rigorous attitude to learning, I am not far behind, try to catch up with their pace, slowly, their own ability and level are getting better and better, thanks to the Ao Peng Teacher Education Network, give me inspiration, Give me a platform, give me confidence, I believe that the knowledge and ability I have learned today will be of great help to the future.

Second, the right thinking, the guide to action. Lifelong learning has established the way of thinking of modern people's development and becomes a guide to activities. Thanks to the national education macro strategy, I have 72 hours of training time every year, which allows me to meet many teachers and learn a lot of new knowledge. Especially online learning, appreciating more wonderful programs, is of great benefit to your professional growth and broaden your horizons.

Third, establish a outlook on life and improve learning ability. In modern society, knowledge is developing rapidly and knowledge is updating with each passing day, and it is necessary to continuously study in order to adapt to the changes of the times and to keep abreast of the pace of the times. Whether you are reading or working, you must learn, apply what you have learned, and learn if you don't understand. Learning is a glorious thing, to be able to learn, to show that you have vitality, love to learn, to show that you have fun, understand learning, and explain your skills. Therefore, instead of being ashamed of learning, I feel that I have many deficiencies, I must learn, I should learn, find fun in learning, and improve myself in learning.

Fourth, focus on new tasks and improve execution. Training is a task, learning to understand will be effective is the goal, the key lies in execution. There is no firm belief, not enough courage, no resolute attitude, there is no execution. Execution is a very good means, when the goal is determined, we will find ways to complete it, and the establishment of new China is the effect of resolute execution. We must have the ability to execute in everything we do, like this training, I have firm execution, I don't understand it, ask more, practice more, communicate more, feel good, and make great progress.

Fifth, build a good team and improve cooperation. If you are a threesome, you will have my teacher. In the process of training, communicate with many teachers, help each other, develop together, form a synergy, each task is completed, there is a sense of achievement, and compared to light, sharing resources, sharing the fruits of labor, the atmosphere is quite strong, the effect is very good. In fact, everything must be cooperative, there is cooperation, there is strength, which confirms the truth of "everyone collecting firewood and the flame is high", I hope that we can work together in this training to move towards a better tomorrow.
