The police immediately launched a search and investigation of the surrounding area, but because the crime occurred at dawn, there were few people near the scene, and the video in the surrounding public places was also blurred due to low pixels and a dim external environment. But the police found some clues in this frame-by-frame video. The police basically determined that a van or a motorcycle tricycle had appeared here during the time of the crime, and had collided with the injured.
At the time when the police were intensively investigating, the news came from the hospital that the injured person died after all-out rescue.

Traces
The accident was a major case, and the main leaders of the Gaocheng traffic police brigade and the leaders in charge of the accident gathered together again to hold a "Zhuge Liang meeting" to study the direction of cracking the case and find clues to the car that caused the accident. Finding people with cars has become a top priority. The accident squadron immediately dispatched elite personnel to form two special teams to investigate the case, and through repeatedly checking the video of a public place near the scene and visiting the people in a nearby village, another suspect van was found in Dongzhuang Village on the morning of October 19.
Where is that suspicious motorcycle tricycle?
After re-analysis, the police started from the two directions of the tricycle coming and going, inquiring along the way, retrieving videos of public places along the way for analysis, but because of the dark weather, the direction of the vehicle could only see the general outline of the tricycle, and could not see the clear form of the vehicle, and disappeared in the video of the public place when it was traced to the outside of Nanliu Village. In the direction of the vehicle, it was found that the car deliberately avoided the video of the public place, took the trail, and disappeared in the video of the public place outside the village of Mazhuang.
At this point, all the clues of the case were interrupted.

On October 21, the police, who had been tortured for one night by the interruption of clues, got together again. At the analysis meeting, an analysis put forward by the police attracted everyone's attention: from the analysis of the time, driving route and vehicle form of the tricycle, there is a fixed time, route and end point, is the car a small vendor nearby? This idea stimulated the morale of all the police, the police acted quickly, non-stop to retrieve more than 60 public place video facilities in the three days before the crime, from these videos, the police finally locked a pedicab with a canopy, and the back of the car was sprayed with "garden" handwriting. On October 15, the tricycle passed through the crime scene and arrived at The Lizhuang Vegetable Market to buy goods, and then disappeared outside Nanliu Village on its return. According to this situation, the special case team listed the three villages of Liu Village in the south of Gaocheng, Fengjiazhuang in Zhao County, and Yi village in Luancheng as the focus of visits and investigations, and posted a reward notice.
Through more than ten visits and investigations to the three villages, the police finally secretly learned an important clue: Guo Mou, a deliberate village in Luancheng, had a tricycle similar to that in the bounty notice. On October 24, the police rushed to Guo's home to seize the perpetrator Guo and the tricycle that caused the accident.
Upon questioning, Guo truthfully admitted to the fact that on the morning of October 18, 2021, an unlicensed motorcycle tricycle was driven down in the Xizhuang village section of Gaomei Road and fled by car. At this point, the case in the case was finally successfully solved.
In order to solve this case, the special case team personnel retrieved more than 110 videos from public places, copied and viewed relevant videos for more than 3,000 minutes, visited more than 100 people, fought for seven days and six nights, and finally restored the truth of this case in the name of law.
