I was very touched to see this story in the Zizhi Tongjian today!

It is said that the King of Qi Wei in the Warring States period, if he does not ming, he has already made a splash, when the leader is not confused, not only listening to the flickering of the people around him, he is very assertive, and he is also good at investigation and research.

After Dr. Jimo arrived, the people in the imperial court always said bad things about him, but Dr. Ah was different, and all he heard was good news. This aroused the interest of King Qi Wei, who arranged for his trusted people to personally investigate the jurisdiction of the two doctors, and found that the results were very different. The people under the vilified Jimo Doctor live and work in peace and contentment, and the people under the rule of Dr. Ah do not have a good life!

After investigation and comprehensive analysis, King Qi Wei cooked A Dafu and those guys in the imperial court who took bribes and told lies, and the chao gang was greatly shaken, the atmosphere improved, and from then on, the country was greatly governed, and it was in the forefront of other princely states!

This story enlightens: In our work, we must cultivate a pair of eyes, learn to investigate and study, not only to listen to people, but also to investigate the field, to grasp the most real situation, systematic, comprehensive, objective, historical view of a person.
