The "Declaration Table" is vigorous and simple, graceful and thick, which directly affects the formation of the artistic style of Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi Xiaokai, and is a milestone in the history of the development of Kaishu, and is regarded as the Calligraphy Sect by later generations.

The "Declaration Table" has 3 versions, namely the original book of Zhong Xuan, the lin writing of Wang Xizhi, and the carved stone of Jia Xiangdao. However, due to their age, neither version of Zhong nor Wang has survived. What still exists today is the carved stone of the Southern Song Dynasty Jia Xiangdao, which is based on Wang Xizhi's Linben as a reference.

Zhong Xuan, the author of the calligraphy of the "Declaration Table", left behind calligraphy masterpieces such as "Five Tables", "Six Posts" and "Three Tablets" before his death, and the "Declaration Table" is one of the "Five Tables". According to historical records, this authentic manuscript of Zhong Xuan was once treasured by Wang Dao, the Eastern Jin Dynasty Minister, who later gave the Declaration Table to his nephew Wang Xizhi. After Wang Xizhi wrote it, he lent the original to his friend Wang Xiu. After Wang Xiu received it, he regarded it as his fate, and after Wang Xiu's death, his family buried the "Declaration Table" as a funerary item and buried it in the tomb. Since then, the "Declaration Table" of Zhong Xuan's original book has been buried underground for a long time, and it has never been found in the world. Fortunately, Wang Xizhi also wrote a "Declaration Table", which was circulated until the Southern Song Dynasty, and was forcibly taken from the inner government by the then minister of power, Jia Xiangdao, and took it for himself. It is said that after Jia Rudao got the "Declaration Table", in order to show off, he invited a master craftsman to engrave it in stone. After Jia Xiangdao's death, the whereabouts of the "Declaration Table" written by Wang Xizhilin are unknown, but the original stone of the Song Dynasty inscription was buried deep in the ground of Jia's old residence in Hangzhou and was preserved.

In the late Ming Dynasty, someone dug out the precious Song Dynasty carved rough stone from the ground of Jia's old residence in Hangzhou. Since then, since the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, it has been successively transferred to the hands of many people. If you count from the time Jia Rudao carved it in stone, it has been in the folk for nearly 800 years.

There are two kinds of Song Tuoben in the "Declaration Table" "Jia Xiang Dao Inscription", this original Northern Song Dynasty was once entered the Xuanhe Inner Province, the Song Huizong fine pen inscription "Xi Zhi Linzhong Sui Ti", the southern Song Dynasty at the end of the Year returned to Jia Similar Dao, and the plutonium has "Jia Xiang Dao Seal" and "Yuesheng" gourd seal. Zhen Jun (1857-1920) one of the old collections of the Ten Seals of the Secret Collection of Song Tuo, titled "Southern Song Dynasty Jia Shi Cai Tang Declaration Table", this volume of Song Tuo is now in the Palace Museum in Beijing. This carved stone was excavated in the Ming Dynasty at the site of the Banxian Hall in Geling Jia Xiang Dao (1213-1275) in Hangzhou's West Lake, and was visited by a monk of a temple, And Wang Yuanquan of Tongxiang bought this stone at the cost of half an acre of lake, and Wang's friend Jin Nong (1687-1764) published an inscription on this stone stele. Jin Nong said in the inscription that his fellow country friend Wang Yuanlu spared no effort to collect gold stones. If Wang Knew of the existence of this stone tablet, he would not hesitate to exchange it for gold. Sure enough, after Wang Yuanquan heard about this, he exchanged half a lake field for this monument. In the thirty-seventh year of the Qianlong Dynasty (1772), Theshi was transferred to the Tonghua Pavilion of Jindexuan (1750-1800) in Tongxiang. Jiaqing Churenhe (present-day Hangzhou) Zhao Wei (1746-1825) also used song paintings to paint Yi Ti stone, which was entered into the Zhao Wei Bamboo Dragon. In the twenty-third year of Jiaqing (1818), Zhao Wei gave this stone to Zhang Tingji (1768-1848), and Zhang Tingji, who was seventy-six years old in the twenty-third year of Daoguang (1843), carved the last trek on the stone stele. At the beginning of the Republic of China, this stone belonged to the Collection of The Jade Pagoda Mountain House of Chen Weiquan in Zhenjiang.
