The meeting demanded that all levels and departments should firmly establish the concept of "risk is hidden danger, hidden danger is accident", strengthen the investigation of potential safety hazards, achieve horizontal to the edge, vertical to the end, in accordance with the requirements of list, ledger, and responsibility, act quickly and resolutely rectify the hidden dangers found, and ensure that the hidden dangers are dynamically "cleared to zero"; they must urge enterprises to conscientiously perform their main responsibilities, pay close attention to the safety work in all aspects of production and operation, strengthen the safety training of employees, and improve the level of safety management; we must increase the intensity of publicity, through a variety of ways. Carry out in-depth mass publicity and education activities, guide the masses to enhance their awareness of safety, do a good job in safety precautions, and strive to create a good atmosphere of "maintaining safety and everyone is responsible".

The meeting stressed that all levels and departments should always tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control, strictly implement the requirements of "fast, accurate, complete, strict, realistic, and good", in accordance with the relevant provisions of the higher level, comprehensively and meticulously do a good job in personnel mapping, circulation testing, isolation and control, disinfection and elimination, and resolutely fight the epidemic prevention and control battle; we must increase the publicity of streets, communities, villages, etc., guide the masses to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, do not go out unless necessary, focus on strengthening supervision and management of rural markets, large gatherings, etc., and resolutely avoid personnel gathering. Reduce the risk of the spread of the epidemic and earnestly safeguard the health and life safety of the broad masses.
