At 14:00 on the afternoon of October 28, the school-wide safety and student management work conference was held in the party committee conference room of Building 2. The meeting was convened by the Student Affairs Department, and attended by Director Chen Mingyong of the Safety Department, Director Qin Qingjie of the School Epidemic Prevention Office, and sun Yuanrong, Wang Zhitao, Ma Jing, Li Xianxiu, Zhao Guanglong, Song Yibo and Tan Zhaohai, the main responsible persons of the secondary college.

Pei Ethics, director of the Student Affairs Department, first introduced the current severe epidemic situation, requiring all colleges to strictly implement the school closure management system, strictly ask for leave, strictly control students from going out, leave the school without anything, and strictly prohibit leaving the city.

Subsequently, Director Chen of the Safety Department made arrangements for the recent student safety work, emphasizing that all hospitals should improve the "six ones" work and do a good job of communication with parents.

Finally, Director Qin made a speech calling for the implementation of the nucleic acid testing task of teachers and students in the whole school, and giving priority to students outside the province and high-risk areas to conduct nucleic acid testing.
