Jinan will accelerate the construction of the archaeological site park project to build a cultural landmark city in Qilu

Recently, the General Office of the Municipal Government issued the Implementation Plan on Further Strengthening the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Relics. According to this implementation plan, Jinan will improve and upgrade the implementation plan for the creation of the demonstration area for the protection and utilization of cultural relics in the ancient city of Jinan, explore new models for the protection and utilization of cultural relics, create a provincial-level demonstration area for the protection and utilization of cultural relics, create a model for the protection and utilization of cultural relics in the core area of a famous historical and cultural city with the province's demonstration leadership, strive to create a national cultural relics protection and utilization demonstration area, and create a Qilu cultural landmark city.

According to the above implementation plan, Jinan will accelerate the construction of the archaeological site park project. Promote the chengziya ruins, Daxinzhuang ruins, and Dongpingling ancient city to be listed as important sites in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Promote the construction of Chengziya National Archaeological Site Park and comprehensively improve the quality of site display. Compile the planning of Daxinzhuang National Archaeological Site Park, implement projects such as the protection of site relics and the construction of site museums, and carry out the creation of Daxinzhuang National Archaeological Site Park.

In terms of striving to create a national and provincial cultural relics protection and utilization demonstration area, Jinan will improve and upgrade the implementation plan for the creation of the cultural relics protection and utilization demonstration area in jinan's ancient city area, explore a new model for the protection and utilization of cultural relics, create a provincial-level cultural relics protection and utilization demonstration area, create a model for the protection and utilization of cultural relics in the core area of a famous historical and cultural city with the demonstration and leadership of the province, strive to create a national cultural relics protection and utilization demonstration area, and build a cultural landmark city in Qilu. In addition, Jinan will also implement the protection and display project of the West Mountain Section of DingtouYa in changqing district of the Great Wall of Qi, and promote the construction of the National Cultural Park of the Great Wall of Qi.

In terms of promoting the declaration of the "Jinan Spring And City Cultural Landscape" as a world cultural heritage, Jinan will strengthen the protection and utilization of Jinan spring water culture, actively promote the improvement and revision of the technical text of the application for heritage and the protection management plan, the legislation of heritage protection, the repair and protection of heritage elements, the construction of heritage display system and heritage monitoring system, the orientation archaeology of heritage, the construction of spring water museum, etc., and accelerate the pace of the declaration of "Jinan Spring City Cultural Landscape" as a world cultural heritage.

In the above-mentioned implementation plan, it is proposed that the former site of the Secretariat of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China will be used as the core to build a memorial hall for the early history of the COMMUNIST Party of China in Shandong and build a well-known patriotic education base in the country.

Jinan will also take the joint construction of provincial and municipal cultural centers as an opportunity to cooperate with the construction of Shandong Natural History Museum. It is planned to build a number of public museums such as the new museum of Jinan City, complete the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the Zhangqiu District Museum and the Chengziya Site Museum, as well as the new museum of Changqing District and the new museum of Shanghe County to display and open to the outside world, and promote the construction of the new museum of Pingyin County.

According to the above implementation plan, Jinan will promote the integrated development of culture and tourism. Coordinate cultural relics and culture, spring water, ecology, health and other resources, make full use of Daming Lake, Wanzhu Garden, Thousand Buddha Mountain, Lingyan Temple, Four Gate Pagoda and large ruins and other cultural relics resources, to create a 2 to 3 days Jinan cultural tour boutique route. Vigorously develop red tourism, improve the quality of red tourism scenic spots, cultivate and create red tourism boutique routes such as "Hero Jinan Spring Water Cultural Experience Tour" and "Laiwu Red Ecological Tour", and launch "Hero Jinan" and "Red Jinan" study tours and experience tourism projects.
