The General Assembly shall be composed of 322 delegates, and the actual number of delegates shall be 322, in accordance with the quorum.
Elections were held in the General Assembly. The election was conducted by secret ballot, and after counting votes on the spot, Xiao Xiaoci, Tang Gaofeng, Xu Zhiwei, Wang Zhihua and Wu Pan were elected vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Zou Yuanguo, Duan Ming, Jiang Pu, Yan Xiaoxi, Liu Zhanyan, Zhou Li, Peng Yiling and Zhou Quan were elected vice mayors of the Municipal People's Government.
