Genting Mountain, also known as Shicheng Mountain, is the only surviving ancient castle in western Sichuan that resisted the Yuan dynasty in the late Southern Song Dynasty. The Great Genting Temple on the top of the mountain, built in the Southern and Northern Dynasties, the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties have good names, and it is a major Zen forest for Buddhism, and the six emperors in history have all given titles to the ancient temple.
