At 16:00 on July 19, 2021, the Shuguang police station received a report from the masses that their mobile phone was stolen while shopping in a supermarket in Lishan District. The police station quickly organized the police force to carry out its work.
Through the screening and comparison of the video surveillance retrieved, the police handling the case gradually found out the trajectory of the suspect's activities and clarified the identity of the suspect. After investigation, the suspect Gao Mou lived in Liaoyang, came to saddle many times to commit crimes, and had a certain sense of anti-reconnaissance, and quickly fled when he observed that strange people approached, which increased the difficulty of the arrest work. Therefore, after formulating a meticulous arrest plan, the Shuguang police station squatted for many consecutive days, and finally in the early morning of October 8, the suspect Gao Mou, who had just gone downstairs, was arrested in a residential area of Lishan.
After investigation, the suspect Gao Mou has many criminal records, and has just been released after completing his sentence at the beginning of this year, and is a long-term drug addict. After interrogation, Gao confessed to the crime of pickpocketing his mobile phone many times. At present, the criminal suspect Gao Mou has been taken compulsory measures by the Lishan Public Security Bureau, and the case is being further investigated.
