As one of the earliest domesticated animals by humans, sheep have formed an indissoluble relationship with human beings. The sheep filial piety is the best embodiment of ancient Chinese Confucianism, the concentrated expression of national culture, and has become the highest state of the spirit of filial piety.
"Hundred Sheep Crossing Tai" is an extension and amplification of Sanyang Kaitai. "Sheep" and "Yang" are homophonous puns, and Sanyang is the beginning of the 9th, 92nd, and 93rd Yangyan of the Tai Gua. Tai is one of the Yang Gua, which refers to the harmony of heaven and earth, and the Lord shuntong. "Sanyang Kaitai" means the auspicious fortune of heaven and earth, and the renewal of Vientiane. The auspicious and festive meaning of the Hundred Square Sheep Seal is always there, indicating that all industries are prosperous, spring and Jingming.
Since ancient times, sheep have always valued the flock, and the unity of the part and the whole of the sheep and the herd is the ultimate of goodness and the standard of beauty. Perhaps, the word "good" and the word "beautiful" are derived from our ancestors, and they all have a chic "sheep" head. Because of this, when we created the Xiao Sheep Seal, we focused on depicting the sheep's head.
Because the two horns and chin on the sheep's head form an inverted triangle relationship, and the "Sanyang Kaitai" is implied, each sheep print is designed to resemble an inverted triangle position that resembles the sheep's head. In the triangle is a sun rising from the horizon, in harmony with the "Tai" in Zhou Yi. Leave a piece of red yang in the yin, and a red sheep is carved in the yang, which contrasts the auspicious sheep that brings infinite warmth very prominently. Around the sun, the two corners are decorated with patterns, and a corner under the horizon is placed with a hundred different vermilion and white seals "sheep" characters. The whole printing stone from large to small, constitutes a multi-triangular proportional relationship, harmonious and natural, reflecting each other. The sun, the auspicious sheep, and the character "sheep" in the seal body constitute a strong "three yangs" Kaitai atmosphere and a peaceful and warm Zhaoqing scene.
The portrayal of the whole Xiao Yang seal, we want to refract the aesthetic brilliance and reflect the moral value through it. When the sheep is calm and humble and perfect, it is also full of righteous struggle, so the horn has become another embellishment and expansion of the beauty of the sheep's head, and it is also another embodiment of the beauty of the sheep's nature.
In the overall composition, the point, line, surface of the three clever combination, square straight, red and white contrast, try to avoid average uniformity, from the imbalance to seek balance, in the asymmetry to find symmetry, and strive to be delicate and not rigid, simple and not vulgar artistic effect.
A long horizon under the sun breaks the rigid situation, and the large sheep standing above the open sea echo their reflections, so that the inverted triangles of upper and lower are stable and balanced.
The depiction of the sheep flexibly uses the contrast between yin and yang, which is yin and yin, and yang. The yin carving highlights the femininity of the white sheep, focusing on the details; the yang carving shows the masculinity of the goat, mostly with a rough and large shape. Or jumping or jumping, or lying or walking, or looking up for deep thought, or looking back, or eating grass with low head, or breastfeeding on the knees, all highlight the "goodness" of the sheep; sometimes highlight the sheep's head, sometimes exaggerate the horns, sometimes the eyes are level, sometimes the feet are in the air, or the front, or the side, or look up, or overlook, all pursue their emotional changes, so as to excavate the sheep nature, so that the effect of the stone sculpture is highlighted in front of people, and the "beauty" of the sheep is reflected from many aspects.
"Hundred Sheep Jiaotai" is a fusion of these traditional cultural creativity, seal carved. And try to enlighten modern people through the display of a large number of zodiac prints, and then comprehensively observe history, present, future, region, nation, world, thinking about the value and significance of human life and environment, and the relationship between the zodiac and human beings. This is also what we have been looking forward to for many years.
People who belong to the sheep are gentle in temperament, upright, helpful, elegant, and good at creating, and the sheep nature of the zodiac is silently in line with the characteristics of a large number of benevolent people who belong to the sheep in reality.
"Hundred Sheep Crossing" calls for "sheep", which is a call to green and a call to pure life! I hope that the Hundred Sheep Diagram can not meet the expectations of the public and explore the true meaning of life with people in the long river of time.
