It is understood that the Yingde City Black Tea R&D Center project is located in the east of Yingbin Avenue in the city, the south of Xiangshan Village in the west of the city, with a total planned land area of about 124,100 square meters and a total construction area of about 128,600 square meters, which is divided into two phases, and the main content of the first phase of construction is the convention and exhibition center, museum, element supporting platform, etc.; the main content of the second phase of construction is reserved office buildings, trading centers, tourism distribution centers, commercial streets, hotels, etc. At present, the main framework construction of the element supporting platform has been completed, the interior decoration is being carried out, the convention center and the museum have completed the project bidding work, and are now in the construction stage of the foundation pit.
