Summary for today:
Tonight's state is extremely poor, running a kilometer to the lower left of the abdomen began to hurt, endure the pain and insist on running to the later stage and even have a feeling of vomiting. In the end, it only lasted 3 kilometers, and the pace and mileage were lower than the predetermined target (today's target is 4 km * within 6' of the pace).
The possible reason is that today's dinner is relatively late and a little full, and the other is that I did nearly 200 opening and closing jumps in one breath during the warm-up. Corresponding preventive measures: one is to eat as regularly as possible, and the other is to warm up appropriately. Step by step, don't rush it.
