The ceremony was presided over by Gong Xuhong, member of the party group and deputy director of the Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau. Gong Xuhong first summarized the achievements and performances of the Hunan 2021 National Games and the Tokyo Olympic Games, and Chen Lijun, the winner of the men's weightlifting 67 kg category at the Tokyo Olympic Games and the Shaanxi National Games, spoke as a representative of the athletes and expressed his gratitude to the enterprises involved in the donation.
