Recently, 3 young cadres of Jinan New Material Industrial Park packed their bags and went to Dongying Port Economic Development Zone to carry out a "hanging exchange". Qu Kai, deputy director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of the park, told reporters that in order to "grab time", as soon as they arrived at their posts, they immediately went deep into key enterprises and projects such as Joint Petrochemical, Hebang Chemical, Gangcheng Thermal and China University of Petroleum National Heavy Laboratory Carbon Material Pilot Project to conduct on-site research, and at the same time discussed and exchanged with functional departments and key enterprises, zero-distance feelings to understand the advanced, find gaps, make up for shortcomings, learn experience, learn from the real experience, and promote the implementation of industry, investment promotion, experience exchange and other work.

By fully learning the advanced experience of the smart park in Dongying Port Economic Development Zone, Jinan New Materials Industrial Park has drawn on its construction opinions on the application of the industrial Internet platform and compiled the "Jinan New Materials Industrial Park Smart Park Project Construction Plan", which will build a comprehensive platform integrating big data center, comprehensive development level scheduling system, industrial distribution management system, industrial investment management system, key project management system, and government-enterprise interconnection services. The first phase is planned to invest 3 million yuan, which is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in January next year. At the same time, the photovoltaic power generation transformation of 18 factory roofs in its own platform park and the construction of distributed photovoltaic power stations are expected to achieve annual power generation of about 6 million kWh after completion, save 0.26 million tons of standard coal, and reduce carbon emissions by 0.7 million tons.
It is worth mentioning that the high-end material project recommended by the Dongying Port Economic Development Zone has been settled in the park; the projects recommended by the park such as polyimide polymer materials, high-performance carbon fiber, and high-end pipeline insulation materials have entered the substantive promotion stage; an enterprise in the Dongying Port Economic Development Zone intends to set up a foreign trade company in the park, mainly for the self-use of raw materials for new building materials projects and the supply of domestic building materials market, and it is expected to achieve an annual foreign trade export volume of 200 million yuan.
In the next step, the park will work closely with the Dongying Port Economic Development Zone to give full play to the energy efficiency of the interaction mechanism, make good use of the live enclave economy, continue to do a good job in the "big article" of east-west linkage, and strive to be the vanguard of the implementation of the major national strategy of the Yellow River.
