The 17th Bureau of China Railway undertook the construction of the first batch of housing construction projects in Algeria

On April 20, local time, the 3,048 sets of public rental housing EPC project in Mascara Province, a key livelihood project in Algeria undertaken by the Construction Company of the 17th Bureau of China Railway, successfully completed the first batch of 1319 units of housing delivered.

The total construction area of the project is 291,800 square meters, including 132 residences, which is the largest housing construction project independently contracted by the 17th Bureau of China Railway in the Algerian market, and the house decoration is tailored to local needs, truly realizing "moving in with bags" and greatly improving the living and quality of life of local residents.

Since the project was launched, it has implemented "list-style" management, refined the construction period plan to weekly and each building, adopted the "big interspersed" operation seamlessly, zoning management, segmented assault, and made every effort to overcome the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and deliver the first batch of housing on schedule.

In view of the shortage of people, materials and machines caused by the epidemic, the project expanded the scale of local staff employment through localization of "local materials", implemented the "mentor and apprentice" system for Chinese workers, implemented regular inventory of materials, accurate planning, adopted the combination of "self-collection" and "reservation" to ensure supply, and through in-depth optimization of construction organization and technical solutions, all construction materials were localized procurement and use, which effectively ensured the smooth progress of construction and production.
