The Chronicle of Chang'an records that Tang Taizong "carved the form of the chieftain, the image of the Six Juns, and listed them in the Northern Que with the martial arts of Jing".

Therefore, the six dragons in ancient times referred to the Tianzi car. Zhaoling Liujun can be understood as the Zhaoling Six Dragons, so it is an expression of Tang Taizong's affirmation of his great achievements.

As for why it is called a fist, LBB's understanding may be for three reasons:
• It is not a thoroughbred horse in itself, so the coat is mottled, yellow hair and black beak, according to the classification of horses, is classified as a large category.
