The hospital is one of the key livelihood projects in Hainan Province in 2020, and it is also a project to optimize the layout of health resources in Haikou city and meet the high-quality medical needs of the masses. It is reported that the Xiuying Branch of Hainan Modern Women and Children's Hospital, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, is located at No. 28, Yongwan Road, Haikou City, with a construction area of 76,000 square meters, and officially started construction on October 18, 2019, which lasted 730 days of meticulous polishing, and the hospital was successfully completed and put into use. The campus is planned and constructed in accordance with the national tertiary first-class specialist hospital and JCI international hospital standards, with a warm environment and convenient services, and 434 approved beds.

Xiuying Branch, as the largest branch of Hainan Modern Women and Children's Hospital, has opened more than 20 clinical medical departments such as gynecology, obstetrics, women's health and rehabilitation, pediatrics, neonatology, child health care, medical beauty, infertility, internal medicine, surgery, and traditional Chinese medicine, and also provides special services such as waiting centers, confinement centers, and child care centers. It can provide people with life-wide health management and medical services from marriage examination, pregnancy guidance, obstetric examination, pregnancy health care, childbirth to confinement care, postpartum rehabilitation, women's health care, and child health care, diagnosis and treatment.

Xiuying Branch integrates the excellent medical resources of the other three branches of Hainan Modern Women and Children's Hospital (Fucheng Branch, Nansha Branch, Longkun South Branch), and introduces a large number of obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, neonatology, reproductive medicine, medical beauty and other clinical, scientific research experience, and both ability and political integrity discipline leaders and medical staff from all over the country.

Xiuying Campus opens a VIP international clinic to provide customers with one-stop services such as appointment, registration, outpatient, payment, treatment, etc., as well as bilingual services; opens a number of LDR integrated maternity wards, in which women can complete the process of waiting for delivery, childbirth and rehabilitation. At the same time, Xiuying Campus has also upgraded the neonatal ward to an escort ward, so that parents can accompany them 24 hours a day during neonatal treatment, and work together with medical staff to participate in the care of children.

It is understood that from October 30 to November 5, the four branches of Hainan Modern Women and Children's Hospital carried out a week-long free clinic activity, with more than 100 doctors participating. It is reported that as a "top three" obstetrics and gynecology hospital, Hainan Modern Women and Children's Hospital has passed the JCI international certification for five consecutive times, passed the SGS international service quality certification in 2019, and passed the "three top three" evaluation in 2020, is the only hospital in Hainan Province that has passed these three certifications, and is also the first batch of national birth analgesia pilot hospitals.
