On October 29, the inspection team of the Municipal Emergency Response Bureau walked into Dandong Ankang Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. to conduct on-site spot checks on the "small chemical" enterprises in our district. Jiang He, member of the Standing Committee of the district party committee and deputy head of the district, attended the inspection.
The inspection team conducted on-site inspections of key places such as boiler rooms and raw material warehouses in the company and important equipment and facilities such as reactors and distribution boxes in the workshop, and provided professional guidance to the company's safety production management regulations, emergency plans, safety production inspection records and other archives. The inspection team demanded that enterprises should organize forces to conduct comprehensive screening of hidden danger risk points in the factory area before the machinery and equipment are stopped, leave no dead ends, and rectify problems in a timely manner; continue to strengthen safety education and emergency drills for employees; and personnel in key posts must be given safety training, and those who need to be certified to work must hold certificates to ensure the safety and stability of enterprise production and operation.
