From October 30 to 31, 2021, the 11th Cross-Strait Information Service Innovation Competition and the 15th Fujian Computer Software Design Competition jointly organized by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian Province, the Department of Education of Fujian Province, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Fujian Province, the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province, the Department of Science and Technology of Fujian Province, the Federation of Trade Unions of Fujian Province, the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the China Vocational Education Society of Fujian Province opened in Fuzhou Software Park.

On the morning of October 30, the opening ceremony of the 11th Cross-Strait Information Service Innovation Competition and the 15th Fujian Computer Software Design Competition Was successfully held in Fuzhou Software Park. Representatives of the organizers, the jury expert team, the finalists, and the news media attended the opening ceremony of the finals.
In the finals, four public thematic groups for innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, and employment were set up, and Huawei, Chenxi Technology, and Promoting Software set up 7 enterprise designated thematic groups around the industrial directions of software application, Kunpeng technology, Internet of Things, BIM technology, artificial intelligence, science and technology cultural creation, etc., attracting 1180 project teams from all over the country to sign up to participate in the competition.
During the period, Guo Xuejun, deputy director of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian Province, and other leaders visited the booths of Huawei, Chenxi Technology, and Promoting Software, and listened to the reports of the relevant responsible persons of various enterprises on the competition.

The special group of "Digital Engineering Consulting (BIM Technology) Application and Chenxi Technology" aims to investigate and cultivate the actual ability of contestants to combine BIM technology, BIM-related software and related theoretical knowledge through the establishment of BIM models of case projects, and analyze and solve the difficulties of BIM model establishment and related problems in the application of digital engineering consulting.
The "Digital Engineering Consulting (BIM Technology) Application • Chenxi Technology" special group attracted nearly 200 teams to register for the competition, and after a series of schedules and supporting services such as data review, preliminary competition review, counseling and polishing, 28 teams stood out and were shortlisted for the finals.
