Presumably, everyone has watched the TV series "Latent" and is familiar with several of the characters, except for Yu Zecheng, Wu Jingzhong, the station chief of the Tianjin Station of the Military Command, is also a very characteristic character.
So, is there a prototype of Wu Jingzhong in history? Of course there is, named Wu Jingzhong.

Born in 1903 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, Wu Jingzhong graduated from Sun Yat-sen University in Moscow in his early years, and was originally a member of our party, but after the defeat of the Great Revolution, he joined the camp of the Kuomintang and served as the head of the northwest district of the military command and the station chief of Tianjin Station.
In the hierarchical military command, Wu Jingzhong can mix with this part, and naturally someone will help him, and he will have a very hard backstage. Who? Crown Prince Chiang Ching-kuo. When I was at Sun Yat-sen University in Moscow, the two were classmates in the same class, and they were also at the same table, so you can imagine how close the relationship was.
Of course, Wu Jingzhong was still capable, and he killed a lot of Japanese people and killed a lot of big traitors, but in the Kuomintang camp that was deceitful and deceitful, it was absolutely impossible to survive without a backer, and Wu Jingzhong had Chiang Ching-kuo as a backer, which naturally had great convenience.
After Wu Jingzhong returned from the Soviet Union, he was introduced to the post of military commander. However, at that time, Dai Kasa, the boss of the military command, only recognized Zhejiang people, so Wu Jingzhong could only serve as an instructor in the second squadron of the first brigade of the linli training class of the military command. Later, Wu Jingzhong did everything in his power and performed hard, which gradually entered Dai Kasa's eyes and became the chief of the Sino-Soviet Intelligence Cooperation Institute.
In 1946, after Dai Kasafei's opportunity was difficult, Zheng Jiemin took over as the director of the Military Command, Wu Jingzhong thought that the opportunity had come, because Zheng Jiemin was his director, but Zheng Jiemin did not recognize people, Wu Jingzhong did not have money to do something, he could only bring some suits and high-grade snacks when he was on a business trip, but these things could not impress Zheng Jiemin at all.
Hao Jingzhong had no choice but to go to Chiang Ching-kuo for help, and Chiang Ching-kuo's operational relations transferred him to the northwest district of the Lanzhou Military Command Bureau as the head of the district, although in the great northwest, after all, the officials were older.
Later, Mao Renfeng took over as the head of the Military Command, wu Jingzhong still did not have the money to do something, Mao Renfeng thought that he was fighting for Chiang Ching-kuo's relations, did not pay attention to himself at all, and kept suppressing Wu Jingzhong.
After the vacancy of the station manager in Tianjin, Wu Jingzhong hurriedly found Chiang Ching-kuo, and when Chiang Ching-kuo found Du Jian, the mayor of Tianjin, he resolutely resisted the candidate provided by Mao Renfeng, and finally Wu Jingzhong successfully took office, but he also offended Mao Renfeng because of this.
When Tianjin was liberated, Wu Jingzhong fled to Nanjing privately, and Mao Renfeng saw that the opportunity had come, and immediately detained him and put him in prison. Later, it was Chiang Ching-kuo who came forward to vouch for his release on bail. Therefore, it is not an exaggeration to say that Chiang Ching-kuo is a noble man in Wu Jingzhong.
In addition to Chiang Ching-kuo, Wu Jingzhong also had another important figure in his life, that is, his wife Su Huijia.
Su Huijia was born in Shaoyang, Hunan Province, to a large family, met Wu Jingzhong when she was studying in Shanghai, and finally broke through many obstacles and married Wu Jingzhong, and had 4 children after marriage. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, Su Huijia followed Wu Jingzhong and drifted away, but she never abandoned it, took care of household chores, and sometimes even asked her mother's family for money to subsidize the family.
After the liberation of Tianjin, Wu Jingzhong sent their mother and son to the boat and returned to Su Huijia's hometown in Hunan, and never saw each other again. For the next ten years, Su Huijia raised 4 children alone.
In 1952, Wu Jingzhong came to Hong Kong on bail by Chiang Ching-kuo and entrusted someone to bring a message to Su Huijia, wanting them to come to Hong Kong. But in that special environment at that time, this was simply impossible, Su Huijia could only continue to live in Hunan with her children, and Wu Jingzhong had to leave after waiting for 6 years in Hong Kong and marry another wife in Taiwan.
In 1961, Su Huijia died of illness. At that time, Wu Jingzhong did not know this news, until 1980, he re-contacted his family, and learned that his wife had been dead for 19 years, and he could not help but be sad.
But what makes him happy is that Su Huijia's 4 children have achieved success in their studies and have done well in different fields, especially his son Wu Jingfeng, who graduated from Tsinghua University and became a well-known engineer.
Three years later, in 1983, Wu Jingzhong also went with Su Huijia, at the age of 80.
