As of June 30, 2016, Clayt's assets totaled RMB219 million, down 7.26% from the beginning of the period, and the gearing ratio was 29.10%, down 8.8 percentage points from 37.90% at the beginning of the period. Net cash flow from operating activities was RMB9.2038 million for the current period, compared to RMB12.8496 million in the same period last year.
During the reporting period, Clayt's operating income decreased by 19.36% compared with the same period last year, mainly due to the impact of the decline in orders for rail transit fans, which was mainly reflected in the decrease in orders for EMUs and diesel locomotives. At present, the EMU is mainly the introduction of foreign technology, with the success of the national independent research and development of standardized EMUs, standardized EMUs will become the main models of high-speed rail in the future, thereby gradually reducing the number of existing locomotives, resulting in a certain reduction in the company's EMU orders during the reporting period. The company has successfully developed a number of products on the new standardized EMUs, and all of them have been put into trial operation. As the progress of standardized EMUs to the market approaches, the company's orders for rail transit products will increase significantly. In the field of internal combustion locomotives and wind turbines, with the reduction of the railway corporation's investment in diesel locomotives, the order volume of domestic and foreign customers (CRRC Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., CRRC Qishuyan Locomotive Co., Ltd., GETransportationsystems) declined significantly during the reporting period.
According to the data of the New Third Board Research Institute, Kleit's main business is engaged in the research and development, production and sales of rail transit fans, cooling towers and air cooler fans, refrigeration fans, marine engineering fans (offshore drilling platforms, shipbuilding, marine), energy ventilation and cooling equipment (nuclear power, wind power, distributed energy), special industrial fans and other industry equipment supporting fans.
