On August 20, the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee held a United Front Work Class in August to conduct special training on public service expenditure, and Li Bangsheng, executive deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, presided over the study.
This session of the United Front Work Class invited Xu Jia, director of the Administrative And Legal Affairs Department of the Municipal Finance Bureau, to give a lecture, focusing on the relevant policies of public service expenditure, from ten aspects of night meal expenses, official reception, travel expenses, training fees, conference fees, trade union funds, welfare fees, education protection fees, government procurement, internal control system, etc. The explanations are both theoretical exposition and case interpretation, with prominent themes, rich content, and in-depth and simple explanations.
The training has a high theoretical level and strong practicality, which has greatly enhanced the budget unit's understanding of relevant policies and regulations such as the management measures for public service expenditure, and has played a positive role in promoting the phenomenon of extravagance and waste in public service expenditure, reducing administrative costs, standardizing the "three public" funds, and improving the efficiency of the use of financial funds.
