Natalie Deron was born on August 1, 1941 in Morocco, which was still part of France at the time, under the name Francine Canovas. Her parents were Spaniards living in Morocco, but only eight months after the birth of the younger Francina, her father, who worked for the local transport company, abandoned his wife and daughter.

In 1959, at the age of 18, she entered the marriage hall for the first time, married a French soldier who served there, and soon had a daughter. The young couple named their daughter Natalie, and years later, when Francina stepped into the film world, she chose her daughter's name as her stage name.

In 1962, Francina divorced her husband and moved from Morocco to Paris. One night, at a paris nightclub, she met Alain D'D'Éron, a big star six years older than him, and it was the Austrian actress Romi Schneider, who had been living with him for four years. The screen idols became acquainted in 1958 and announced their engagement a year later, but the two never formally signed a contract, and soon after Alain Deron had an affair with German singer Nico, and the two even had a child, which put his partnership with Romey Schneider in jeopardy.

It was in this context that Francina appeared in the life of Alain Delon. In December 1963, DeLonge and Schneider announced the dissolution of the marriage contract. In August 1964, Francina Canovas and Alain Deron completed their low-key wedding in the province of Loire-Cher, and then went to the United States for their honeymoon. In September of the same year, the crystallization of the two lovers, Anthony Deron, also fell to the ground in the Cedar Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where Hollywood celebrities are most trusted.

Natalie Delong co-starred with ex-husband Alain Deron in "The Lone Killer".

In the summer of 1967, with the help of her husband, Francina Delong changed her name to Natalie Deron and officially debuted in the film noir Le Samouraï (Lone Killer) starring Alain Deron. Directed by the famous French director Jean-Pierre Melville, the film is also a work tailored for Alain Deron, and after its release at the end of October, it was highly recognized by the French media and won a good box office result. However, long before filming began, the relationship between the Delongs had broken down. Soon after the film was released, Alain Deron filed for divorce from his wife. On Valentine's Day, February 14, 1969, the DeLonge couple officially completed the divorce formalities, and their son Anthony was raised by Natalie.

In the decades since, Alain Deron's girlfriend has changed stubble after stubble, but he has never entered the marriage hall again, and Natalie Deron has been the same. Just as Delon and Schneider remained close friends after breaking up, he and Natalie always insisted that they were still friends, and the presence of his son Anthony Deron did maintain the two who had long since separated.

Natalie, who left DeLonge, continued to use the stage name "Natalie Deron" and successively participated in films such as "When Eight Bells Toll" (1971), "Sex-shop" (1972), "Une femme fidèle" (1976) and other films, but they were not particularly successful. In 2006, Natalie Delong published her memoir, Pleure pas, c'est pas grave (Don't Cry, I'm Okay), detailing the hurt of her ex-husband Alain Deron's marital infidelity, "When I left him, I let go of everything. I only took my son, and his nanny, and that's all."

In a 2018 interview with Paris Competition magazine, Natalie looked back on the marriage and talked about The enduring influence of Romey Schneider on Alain Delon: "He never talked about her in front of me, but from time to time I could tell that there was a certain sadness in his eyes. ”
