【My Story】
The Tanggula Pass, which is 5231 meters above sea level, is the highest traffic police duty point in China, and it is also my "home" for camping and camping all year round. There are more than 120 days a year where there are 8 winds of magnitude, which is called the "forbidden area of life".
More than 80 percent of the transportation of materials in and out of Tibet is undertaken by the Qinghai-Tibet Highway. Once the road is cut off, the whole of Tibet may face the risk of shortage of materials and rising prices. My job is to guard the "lifeline" of the Qinghai-Tibet Highway.
In the Spring Festival of 2019, there was a rare snowfall and strong wind in the Tanggula Mountain section of National Highway 109, the temperature was as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius, and the deepest snow was 1.5 meters. For a time, the vehicle was congested more than 10 times, more than 600 vehicles were blocked, and more than 1,300 people were stranded.
I was going home and immediately organized a rescue team to carry out rescue. In order to clear the snow and keep it smooth, many colleagues worked for several days and nights continuously, and their hands, feet, and ears were frozen. Some colleagues couldn't help but cry, but none of them chose to go down the mountain.
That's 59 days.

In 2016, in order to help disabled friends like me, I set out to establish the Shenzhen Swift Disabled Care Career Development Center. The name "Swift" is intended to break the restrictions of the body and mind, fly up, and bravely pursue dreams.
In 2018, I had the opportunity to be responsible for the operation and management of the entrepreneurship and employment base for the disabled in Longhua District, Shenzhen. 90% of the employees here are disabled or dependents of children with disabilities. We provide incubation services for persons with disabilities who are willing to start a business, including legal counseling, psychological intervention, and personnel recruitment.
Under the background of "Internet + employment", we have tapped the potential of the disabled, accurately matched their needs, and explored a diversified employment and entrepreneurship model. More than 10 kinds of positions such as makeup artists, software development programmers, and operators have the figure of the disabled, and the visually impaired disabled are highly recognized by enterprises in the field of AI artificial intelligence.

Non-destructive testing is an important means to ensure industrial safety. In the past, due to the lack of domestic testing products, many enterprises relied on imported products. These products are expensive, and the key technologies in them will not give way to us.
In December 2015, in line with the wave of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, my brother established Harbin Zero Sound Technology Co., Ltd., which is one of the earliest enterprises in China to get involved in the industrialization of electromagnetic ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology.
At that time, I did it with him. My main direction of attack is electromagnetic ultrasonic automated detection technology, that is, in the high temperature and low temperature environment, to achieve nondestructive testing technology automation.
For science and technology enterprises, products are the foundation of enterprise survival, and innovation is an inexhaustible driving force for development. As the technical director of the team, I led the team to open the reciprocating cycle of "requirements investigation - scheme design - experimental verification - improvement and optimization".
Many people ask me if I have ever thought of giving up when I encounter difficulties. I said that difficulties are not terrible because our teams exist to solve them.
