On the evening of July 29, Poly Real Estate announced that it agreed to Song Guangju's resignation as chairman and director of the company due to his age, and agreed to elect Liu Ping as the chairman of the company. According to the announcement, Liu Ping has successively served as the chief of the branch directly under the Guangdong Provincial Audit Office, the manager of the planning department of Poly Real Estate, the director of the general manager's office, the assistant general manager, the secretary of the board of directors and the deputy general manager. He is currently the director and general manager of the company.
