Famous food, allusion 26.Wenzhou three silk knock fish

According to legend, a long time ago, an abbot from Wenzhou went to Fujian to get the scriptures, and because the road was not open, he set off from the waterway by boat. When the boat sailed out of the East Sea, suddenly encountered a strong wind and waves and people and horses drowned in the sea, the little monk who stayed in the temple learned the bad news, very sad, so he took the wooden fish used for chanting, to the place where the master was killed while knocking and chanting for transcendence, suddenly there were many scaly yellow fish on the sea, he looked at it, and suddenly remembered the scaly yellow robe that the master was wearing when he left, presumably the master must have been eaten by the fish and then appeared under the Buddha's deity. So he immediately fished up the fish, peeled them one by one, and then put the fish on the wooden fish and crushed them into slices of pancake-like fillets, and put them on the cabin to dry. Due to the large number, he only took some of it back to take a souvenir, and the rest stayed on the ship, and the boatman made it into a soup to accompany the meal, but he did not expect that the taste was exceptionally delicious. Since then, the "knocking fish" diet method has spread rapidly, and after people continue to develop and improve, they have finally enjoyed the "Lansi knocking horn" food that has been passed down to this day.
