Zhang Ping introduced that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Zhejiang will strive for 95% of county-level TCM hospitals to reach the level of Grade II A or above; by 2025, the health management rate of TCM for the elderly and children will reach 80% and 90% respectively; the proportion of patients receiving TCM rehabilitation technical guidance among rehabilitated patients will reach more than 70%; explore the pilot grassroots TCM talent order training model; strengthen the construction of grassroots famous and old TCM expert inheritance studios; by 2025, community health service centers, The township health center is fully equipped with traditional Chinese medicine practitioners (assistant) physicians.
In Shandong, 16 cities have achieved full coverage of government-run traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, 104 government-run traditional Chinese medicine hospitals at the county (city, district) level, more than 99% of community health service centers and township health centers have set up comprehensive service areas for traditional Chinese medicine, and 79% of village clinics can provide traditional Chinese medicine services.

In Guangdong, there are 23,000 TCM medical institutions, 192 TCM hospitals, and 50,000 TCM practitioners. Xu Qingfeng introduced that Guangdong will achieve full coverage of county-run traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in the province, and full coverage of second-class traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in counties with a permanent population of more than 300,000 people; all community health service centers and township health centers set up traditional Chinese medicine halls and equipped with traditional Chinese medicine physicians; strengthen the promotion of appropriate technologies for grass-roots traditional Chinese medicine to ensure that grass-roots traditional Chinese medicine halls can provide more than 6 types of appropriate technical services for traditional Chinese medicine.
