It is understood that in accordance with the key work plan formulated at the beginning of the year, combined with the special rectification work of "food, clothing, housing, and transportation", the Hohhot Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has organized production in strict accordance with laws and regulations, food safety standards and production license conditions in the production process through "one check" to ensure that the safety "bottom line" is strictly observed; the "second check" supplier's license and product qualification certificate requires production enterprises to establish a food raw materials, food additives, and food-related products purchase inspection record system, truthfully record food raw materials, The name, specification, quantity, production date, shelf life, purchase date, and supplier name, address, contact information, etc. of food additives and food-related products, and save relevant vouchers; "three checks" enterprise feeding records, key control point records, factory inspection records, sales records, personnel physical examination training and other records.

According to reports, there are currently 39 liquor production enterprises in the city, 21 enterprises in the normal production state, affected by various factors such as the epidemic and the market, there are 6 enterprises with phased production, 12 long-term production stoppages, and no small production and processing workshops have been found. In the risk monitoring, 3 liquor companies detected plasticizers in 6 batches of products, 2 products of 2 liquor companies detected ethyl caproate below the standard requirements, and 2 products with alcohol content below the standard requirements. In view of the above problems, the supervisors deliver the risk monitoring report to the production enterprise in accordance with the requirements of the time limit, conduct on-site verification of the enterprise, make an on-site inspection record, order the enterprise to analyze and find the cause of the problem, recall the product, and submit the cause analysis rectification report and the third-party testing qualification report. After passing the inspection, production can continue.
