On the morning of July 17, the signing and unveiling ceremony of Shandong Emergency Safety College was held in Binhai District of our city. Zhang Biao, director of the Training Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management, Xu Jingyan, secretary of the Party Committee of Jinan University, Zang Jinyou, deputy director of the Provincial Emergency Management Department, Liu Yun, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and mayor, attended the ceremony and jointly inaugurated the college; Hu Ping, deputy director of the Collaborative Innovation Center of the Safety and Wisdom Learning Workshop of the Planning Center of the Ministry of Education, attended the ceremony, and Vice Mayor Li Ping delivered a speech.
Shandong Emergency Safety College was jointly built by shandong provincial emergency management department, Jinan university and Weifang municipal people's government, and landed in Shandong (Weifang) University of Marine Science and Technology Park. Focusing on the key points of talent training, scientific and technological innovation, service promotion, and transformation of emergency equipment industry achievements in the field of emergency industry, the college will build provincial functional platforms such as Shandong Emergency Safety Industry-Education Integration Platform, Shandong Emergency Management Research Institute, and Shandong Provincial Emergency Management Training Center, to create an emergency safety industry-education integration demonstration park integrating education, culture and industry, and comprehensively serve the construction of emergency safety system and the development of emergency industry in Shandong Province.
