
Ingredients: 3 pieces of dried orchids, 8 small eggs, 1 lotus root, 1 five-spice brine package, 2 dried red peppers, cooking wine, green onion and ginger to taste.
Directions: 1. The eggs are boiled and shelled, and the lotus root is peeled and cut into thick slices.
2. Take a soup pot and put it in water, add soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, spiced brine packets, green onion and ginger and boil to taste.
3. Put the eggs in and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add the dried orchids and lotus chips to a boil for 20 minutes and turn off the heat.
